Designing my action research plan was actually much easier than I had thought it would be. At first, when I saw the template I thought that it would be very complicated. However, all of the items that needed to be addressed in the template were already lined out in my head. I have been thinking over these ideas and changes that need to be made on our campus all summer. This action research plan just helped me to get my ideas and plans organized and actually on paper.

Rachel,
ReplyDeleteI agree. I thought it was going to be a lot harder to complete the template as well. Once I got started, the ideas I already had formulated started to flow. It looks like you're on your way to a great research plan!
Your research plan looks very interesting! I am excited to learn about how to develop positive working relationships between teachers and teaching assistants. I feel that it is important for them to be on the same page when it comes to dealing with difficult behaviors and with delivering instruction. You are off to a great start!
ReplyDeleteRachel,
ReplyDeleteGreat topic. I love how you included the "teaching assistants!" They are just as important to the school climate as anyone else, although sometimes they get overlooked. I am really excited to see what techniques prove to work. (On a side note, your goals appear funny on your blog... it repeats a couple of things. Maybe it is just my computer, but you might check it??) :) GREAT JOB!
I see what you are talking about with my goals repeating. However, when I go into edit it, it appears normal!! I don't know what the deal is. I certainly welcome any suggestions that anyone has as to why it is doing this!?!?
